Kabelwerk Message Separator
The <KabelwerkMessageSeparator> component renders a small separator showing a date between messages posted on different dates.
Probably you will not directly use the <KabelwerkMessageSeparator> component in your code — on the contrary, it is likely that you will want to replace it with a component of your own.
